I did not feel rushed. He explained the problems and my best options.

Dr. Gregson does talk a lot, he is very informative. I enjoy his explanation but wish he'd pause for me to ask questions or reflect. 

I appreciate how Matt took the time to explain my issue in depth and using a chart to help me better understand the anatomy. He went out of his way to see that the doctor who would be performing the proceedure understood his concerns and his opinion regarding what he was requesting be done. I felt like he genuinely cared about me. He would be the one I would rather have giving me this proceedure rather than the doctor who did.

Matt Greggson is one of the best health care providers I have been to. He was concerned, informative, and gave me knowledge about my health issues. Actually I made this appointment because my prior appointment with a different provider left me frustrated and unhappy with her service. He is definitely excellent!

I look forward to my yearly visit w/ Dr Gregson. He's very easy to talk to & always makes me aware of new information on acid reflux & gastroparesis (because I take metroclopromide & have done so for a long time). I asked about the diabetic/weight loss drugs that are new on the market In the past year. I wanted to know how those drugs (ozempic & wegovy) affected one's digestion. Dr Gregson was very open to talking about that & I was very thankful for his feelings & thoughts about It.

I am impressed with this practice because Dr. Gregson explained my test results in a manner I could understand.
