I'm truly impressed by the communication of what I felt and what could be done. Felt comfortable throughout the office visit.

All staff, including Sheena, were prompt,  courteous, and professional.

Sheena was thorough and willing to listen. She trusted me, the mom, with what our experiences have been and asked how my son had responded to different approaches in the past. She was detail oriented and agreed a follow up with a specialist would be beneficial. She also encouraged me to reach back out if symptoms worsened. Thank you Sheena for your direct approach!
