Brad was very thorough and made sure all the necessary tests were completed to rule out all possibilities as to the cause of the illness.

However, I landed on my face during a bicycle crash and the PA said Nothing about concussion care. I am still feeling the effects of the concussion. He did a very good job of sewing up my lip though, which I appreciate.

I called 2 days later to ask a question about my condition and clarify after care instructions...they promptly asked the physician and relayed the information. They were courteous and empathetic during the entire callback.

Brad, NP spent plenty of time with me discussing my symptoms and gave thoughtful recommendations ranging from at-home remedies, OTC medicine, and prescription med options. When I voiced a concern about taking an antibiotic, Brad gave me several reasonable alternatives. He was very friendly and seemed concerned with finding a care plan I was happy with.

NP Brad was quite attentive.

He would not listen to my requests for a PT referral or how much pain I was in. 

Was very dismissive of my concerns regarding certain otc supplements recommended. Honestly didn't provide me any new info or advice. I felt like the visit was a waste of my time

He was incredibly nice and understanding, easily the best visit I've had to urgent care. He ensured I was well take care of.

She really cared about getting to my problem. She said she was not giving up until we knew what we was going on with me. She even consulted the other doctor there. No ego. Didn't just send me on my way. Told me I needed further tests they couldn't provide and told me I should go to ER. Thank God for the team I saw. Turns it out my gallbladder needs to be removed. She is an angel who came down to help me and didn't give up.

He spent little time with me but gave me the care I needed

I felt like he did the bare minimum to get me out the door. He then told me he was prescribing one medication, wrote directions for that medication on the paperwork, and actually ended up prescribing a different drug.

This was an excellent visit. I'll definitely visit Portneuf Urgent Care again.
