She listened to me and was very helpful in deciding my course of care and explaining things so I understood!

It was a scary time the team made it easier by how they cared and were very upfront on treatment and what I should do after the visit and in the future

She spent most of her time rattling off statistics. I struggled getting her to listen to me. She interrupted me frequently. I did not feel heard.
