I'm pretty sure I was the worst video call she's ever had lol & my audio kept going out, I'd like to thank her 4 putting up with it

I'm a little disappointment about how little involvement the clinic has during my daily task of accomplishing my goal. "Go home, do your best and report back in a month" For me, that is hard to do. You say I can call at any time, but unless I have a well established relationship with the person I talk to deal with my struggles, I hesitate to call.

My appointment with Amy was very good. She contacted me at the time she said she was going to. I never felt like a number, I felt like she genuinely cared for me and about me. I was very comfortable talking to her. We talked about continued and follow-up care. There are some things that she's going to look into for me and I'm sure that she will do that and let me know the results as soon as possible. It was a great experience, thank you Amy!

I had a few concerns and Amy was able to discuss those with me and I was no longer concerned. She's very thorough but not slow.

Amy Williamson PA did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable.
